Nothing Like Ginger For a Healthy Winter

Ginger should be the main ingredient in your kitchen. Reserve a whole cabinet and fill it with this plant given to us right from the Garden of Eden. True, ginger has been known as so for its multiple health benefits.
But before reviewing its benefits, lets learn how to use it.

As a growing up, nothing is better than a green tea and ginger for a morning start.

When your child is down with a cold, give him ginger. But most our children refuse to drink ginger tea, so what to do?

  1. Boil a 50 g fresh whole piece of ginger, peeled, in water. Allow it to cool and mix it with their milk or mix it with fresh orange juice. A child will hardly notice, or not notice at all the presence of the ginger and it will help him a lot.
  2. Add grated ginger to all your soups.

Why is ginger so important?

A review of several studies has concluded that ginger is just as effective as vitamin B6 in the treatment of morning sickness.

Last year, I had no idea of how important ginger is and the result was a while winter of colds, one otitis and one bronchitis. As if my daughter, 4 otitis and one bronchitis. So this year I started out with a whole new diet to boost our immune system and ginger is one of my primary ingredients.
