Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Canola oil for greasing
- 150g orange cheddar, grated
- 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- 4 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 4 fish fillets ( about 200g each)
- 3 medium tomatoes, sliced into thing rings
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Season your fish fillet in white pepper, black pepper and salt.
- In a bowl, mix the cheddar, mustard and crème fraîche.
- Place the fish fillets in a greased casserole.
- Top with the tomato slices.
- Spoon over each fillet an equal quantity of the cheese mixture.
- Place the casserole, uncovered, in a preheated oven ( 200 C).
- Cook for 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and turned golden and the fish is cooked through.
- Serve with a green salad on the side.
